Personality
It's hard to be yourself in a family who forces things upon you. Surra is one of these cases. She was raised in a family of Felvarg's who were murderers, thieves, and just generally not good direwolves. They took from everyone and gave nothing back, ending the lives of those who stood in their way. From a young age Surra was expected to do the same, taught in the ways of the thief. Using a crying puppy as a distraction was common, but only lasted for the first few years of her life. When she was old enough, she was expected to join in on the murders of innocent Felvargs. Surra tried to fight against this as much as she could, her siblings were into it but she wasn't. She did her best to act tough, but deep down inside it killed her to see and do all of these things. Fighting her parents was out of the question though, if she didn't listen they would kick her from the family group, or worse, murder her for the knowledge that she had. Her family has noticed her hesitation, so she isn't often without a sibling following her to make sure that she is following their ways. But Surra doesn't want to be like that, she hates hurting others and is a good girl under the fake growls and snarls. Surra was forced to kill a Felvarg who had stolen from their loot, they pinned them down and she was told to make the killing blow. Leaning down, she quietly begged their forgiveness before ending their life. It haunts her, hearing the cries of the life she took. She has many nightmares about it, visions about being covered in the blood of the innocent. When she knows that no one is watching, she goes to the family of the Felvarg she killed, leaving them gifts and offerings to try and ease their grief and suffering. It's not often that Surra is allowed to show her sweeter self, she never knows when she is being followed or watched. Because of this, she does her best to keep up the act of being a mean and ruthless Felvarg, but it wares on her. She sometimes tries to avoid contact with others just so she can suffer alone, all by herself to deal with the visions and dreams that torture her endlessly.
