He is a bit of a shaman and a wanderer. Often following his heart he goes where he feels he is needed which often has led him far from his family and granted him his second given name of "Far Rider". He is a quiet soul who speaks little, but has an extensive knowledge of plant life and natural remedies. He has some experience with the more mystical arts as well, although he will not stray from light magic toward the darker arts. He is helpful but perhaps comes across a bit brusque or harsh at first due to his size and taciturn nature.
