Harlow, known to be gentle yet firm. The young female Felvarg radiates calmness. She has a soft outer shell that most who come in for medical attention are generally met with kind, patient eyes, a soft spoken tone and gentle paws - but beneath that shell lies steel forged by trauma. She’s not quick to bare fangs, but when she does, it's decisive and fueled with a hidden strength.
She is known to tend to the wounded without hesitation, seeing value in every Felvarg life - even those with troubled pasts. However she believes mercy and softness must be paired with a bit of grit. Protecting the innocent sometimes requires claws.
Highly observant, Harlow picks up on small details - subtle changes in peers, even the smallest wounds overlooked by others. This attentiveness makes for a strong medic and trusted companion. While outwardly calm and collected, she finds herself occasionally wrestling with doubts, questions of whether or not she is strong enough to stand and live amongst those who dedicate their energy to slaying dragons.
BACKSTORY
Harlow didn't grow up seeking battle. She never knew her parents - perhaps she was a travelers pup, or maybe an unwanted child to a high ranking Felvarg.Whatever the truth was, she was raised in a small village that was ravaged in a dragon raid. On that dreadful day, she had lost those she had begun to call her family and carries the scars from trying to defend them.. and herself.
Her decision to join the Hunters was not born from the desire to seek glory, but out of necessity and a vow she made to herself and those lost to wind. Never again would she stand by and watch others suffer as she once did. Though not a seasoned battle hardened warrior, Harlow found her strength in keeping others alive, turning her grief into a vow etched within her scars.
WITHIN THE HUNTERS
While her peers are out on the battlefield, Harlow is often one of few darting into danger to drag the wounded to safety. Quick and efficient, she patches them up, giving her comrades the chance to stand and fight once more. She provides a warm balance within the guild frequently reminding her other Hunters that they are more than just dragon slayers; they are guardians of the helpless and defenders to those who fall victim to the crazed chaos of the Dragons.
Although her specialty is healing, the young female is not defenseless. In dire moments or even when the lives of the wounded she's tending are threatened, she is plenty capable of releasing a surprisingly feral side. Those who mistake her innocence and kindness for weakness rarely make the same mistake twice.
