Ryoma operates according to his principles, and his principles boil down to "if I stay in one place for too long I'll eat my own tail". He revels in the stimulation of finding a new place he hasn't been and in meeting the folk there, but he also has a difficult time understanding why so many others settle in villages when they could be out smelling the world. Towards others he is neither warm nor cold, but he loves a good joke or game, and he'll make fast friends with any who take him up on playtime. His fuse is very long and it's difficult to make him truly angry, but for any who do somehow manage there'll be hell to pay, as he'll guard his ethics with his life. Ryoma is naturally turned on to what happens around him, both as a lover of games and as one of great wanderlust, and his naturally methodical approach ensures each step he takes is calculated. He's much more tuned into the emotions of others than his own, which may bite him someday, but that's a bridge he'll cross when he comes to it, he reckons. Ryoma is somewhat uncomfortable with spoken language as he naturally spends a lot of his time alone, and finds it difficult to foster any lasting relationships with him being constantly on the move.
