Aspen had an unhealthy obsession with gold and miscellaneous forms of currency, especially if they were shiny and bright. While it may seem that someone with such a strong fascination might be a bit off their rocker, it is quite the opposite in Aspen's case- that wasn't to say she wasn't at least slightly eccentric. It's just, she was a highly intelligent being though often masked it with a facade of ignorance to get closer to wherever it was her pirate's life was taking her. She was always nomadic, even as a child and without any relations to whoever might have been family to her. She never did stay in the same place for long, though it seemed she had a tendency to return to Melrakki to do business with a pack leader by the name of Dagan, the Seer 521. Her services to the man are unknown, but to a pack it can be assumed Aspen would be a viable asset to have no matter how adventurous the woman was. She was stealthy and quiet, even in broad daylight it would seem.. and very slight in her abilities to move within the blink of an eye. Some cannot be fooled, and she finds that she has a particularly hard time getting past Nyx 817. Perhaps, that is why she became quite obsessed with her as well.
