History

Blind. Born into the wrong body. Chronically fatigued.

One could call Selene cursed, and she may just agree with you on that assessment.

Born from the love of two heartbroken and torn apart soulmates, it's like their pain manifested via issues with her body. Her eyes don't work. She's always exhausted. And as she more recently learned... Is biologically male. Her body is insensitive to androgens and developed as female. Throughout her life, these have caused her to develop a sense of dysmorphia about her own "broken" body. Why wasn't she born normal? Is the curse that tore her mom and dad apart affecting her too? Why her, of all Fels? It isn't fair!

Much of Selene's life was filled with others feeling sorry for her and babying her, which frustrated her to no end. She desperately wanted to live a normal life without someone coddling her and acting like she was fragile. Maybe she is. But she asked for help when she needed it, she hated being unnecessarily "helped" without her consent.
